About CrowdSourced Cooking
Recipes should bring people together, not overwhelm them.
We built CrowdSourced Cooking because we got tired of endless recipe boards giving us 10,000 "best chocolate chip cookies" from a thousand different blogs, each with a 20-paragraph life story before the recipe. You save dozens, maybe hundreds. And let's be honest: you never make them.
So we asked a simple question: What if recipes came from people who actually cook?
Our Philosophy
- Real recipes, real cooks – No influencers, no click bait. Just people sharing what they actually make.
- Community-driven – Every recipe here is submitted by someone like you. Vote on the ones that work, MiMO the ones you want to make your own.
- MiMO - Make it My Own – In the spirit of crowdsourced cooking, we want everyone to have a chance to provide usable feedback and make something their own. Rather than remembering or creating a separate recipe book with handwritten or printed copies of someone else's recipe, we give you the opportunity to MiMO it.
- Simple, consistent, usable – No life stories. No wall of ads. Just ingredients, steps, and results.
What We're Building
A community of cooks, chefs, hobbyists, and professionals who love what they do. Share your kitchen wins. Improve on someone else's. Build a recipe collection that actually gets used.
